In Episode 2 I answer the question:

'How can I protect my energy in social situations so I don't feel so drained afterwards?'

This is something that comes up heaps! I've called this episode Own The Room as one of my favourite teachers Abraham Hicks say this a lot when they refer to being the one who's energy dominates versus having your energy drained/dominated!  Love them and love this term.  Here's to you owning the room, with love.
