What exactly is the Gospel? How do we actually share it with others? We may have experienced many ways to share it with simplistic metaphors or pamphlets, but those can fall short at calling people into real life change. Before we share God’s good news, we need to understand what it is we are sharing. Is it an escape from eternal judgement? Is it that we can go to heaven when we die? The Gospel is more than fire insurance, but a proclamation of life here and now with God. When we understand the Gospel message and have real relationship with others, we can share God’s good news with them in an honest way that is even more captivating and winsome.
