Week 3 of Shareable

While the Gospel is objective truth, how do you know it? How do you know it is true? Nowadays, people don’t always trust you when you claim something is true. But when we have built up a relationship, familiarity, and trust with someone, they will listen to our story, our experiences with God. People may be able to doubt some abstract truth claim about God, but they cannot deny our experiences. As we share God’s Good News and our lives with others, that includes being honest, vulnerable, and transparent about when it is hard. We can demonstrate the truth of the Gospel through our own lives, by sharing how God has shown up in our lives, how we have experienced grace personally, and by how we share the love of God with others.
