Today I have the opportunity to speak with Greig Paterson who is currently the Head of Coach Education & Development in Scottish F.A. Greig began his career in coach education in Glasgow as a development officer and was quickly promoted to run the coach education programs. In this episode, we discuss some of the differences in coaching across Europe.
