This world has taught us a binary perspective but does it still serve us? Does it serve humanity? During this time of so much reflection, so much challenge and so much 'push-pull' idealism... Who are you? Who do you desire to be? What drives you? What serves you? Are we driven by fear, guilt, rage, grief, inspiration, compassion, purpose, expectation, rebellion.... this list is long and at any given time could drive our actions. The truth is we are always choosing - often we choose '' this or that" believing in our motivation but what if we don't have to choose from an externalised ideal of "this or that" but in fact we can recreate a way forward with intention to hold, honour and open it all. Come ALIVE is about having it all because we are it all. It's a framework that supports choice, and that I hope will help serve you on your journey. That you may impact and ripple out to your community, into all humanity so that we might unlearn the ways of separation and begin to rewire the ways of embodied unity. This is not the only way, this is simply one idea that encompasses many ideas, may ways, much gathering from my own experiences of learning and unlearning. I give gratitude to all my mentors, teachers, supporter and naysayers you have all blessed me on my journey and continue to do so. Here are the steps I take and continue to retrace as I open, create and build. Thank you.
