Welcome to my new iteration of the podcast - unapologetically Us. This is a wander down a path where I hide, it most likely is where you too may hide. The things you feel shame around, the things you feel isolated by, the things you can't articulate to others perhaps every to yourself. Here I hope to sit and chat over a cuppa.
