If you have too many “Zombies”, people who are on your list but aren’t opening any emails, this can have a big impact on your deliverability, plus they’re people who you are paying for in Mailchimp, but who aren’t actually reading your emails. Cleaning your list is one of the best ways of avoiding paying too much and ensures that the emails you send have the best chance of hitting the inbox.
