Despite the best efforts of multiple fire crews, on October 31 of 2019 in Naha Okinawa Shuri Castle burned to the ground. As practitioners of karate we all have a deep connection with Shuri Castle and in today's episode we discussed some of the Castle's history as well as it's deep connection to world of Karate.
