Today we are joined by my good friend & hopefully soon-to-be District 2 City Councilor, Luis Martinez Serna. Luis is an ambitious young man hoping to make Wichita Falls a place not only to live but to love again. He is located in District 2, which includes Downtown, Eastside as well as Lynwood. He not only lives in district 2 but runs his office there as well, he believes instead of building up and adding new things we need to renovate our current landmarks and looked over properties. As well as heavily support local business and keep the Wichita dollar in Wichita where it belongs.
