It’s a natural part of being human… Seeking proof of what we already believe. This is why so many of us stay stuck repeating the same patterns and why some of us continue to support blatantly corrupt politicians. It is exhausting to consciously and critically question and change our long held beliefs about life, other people, and our selves. Exhausting but worth it. 💫
We can’t change our beliefs overnight but what we can do is lean into the generous and kind and helpful parts of our identity. Small acts of kindness outside of our comfort zone will lead to greater awareness and awareness will lead to greater change.
We came here to disrupt and to create change. There is no voice to small to be heard!
