Carla's late Mom, Nelly, lost her battle to breast cancer when Carla was just 18 years old. As Carla grew into adulthood and had daughters of her own, she realized how important is to have healthy, plant-based foods in our diet. This led to the creation of Nelly's Organics, delicious snackable chocolate bars that are irresistible to eat, and naturally low in sugar with minimal and clean ingredients.
