Description

Eye strain? Mental muddle? This episode presents a series of surprisingly challenging, yet profoundly soothing eye exercises. A brief warm-up to open the side body and inner legs (wherein lie the eye-related Liver and Gallbladder meridians) opens the set. The practice eases physical tension in the eyes; improves the ability to focus and think clearly; and ulimately, can stimulate the "inner eye," leading to greater insight and discernment.
