For today’s episode, we will talk about Top Franchisees’ Advice. I will debunk the idea that you need to follow the process or the footsteps of your other franchisor for you to be successful in your field. Here’s why I’m challenging it, many times, what’s working for top franchisees, will not work across the board. And so when a new franchisee goes up and says “What are you doing? What is your secret?” and when the top franchisee will give them the advice that they need and when they implement it, it doesn’t work because of certain factors. Today, I’m going to talk about the factors that people aren’t considering when they’re going to get this advice.
