Welcome to 2022!
It is a new year and that means we have written our goals down for this year and we are ready to hit the ground running to achieve them. (If you haven't finished your goal setting yet, that is okay). This episode is for everyone who has or has not put their goals to paper, this episode is even for you in the middle of the year facing a big decision that you have to make.
Allowing yourself to have the freedom of choice can place your goals, big decisions, and desires into a new perspective that you otherwise may not have thought about. It helps you realize why you want, what you want.
Once you discover the reason behind your desires, it makes it easier to achieve your goals or to pivot what you are striving for.
