I know each and every one of you out there probably has an amazing referral program that you are very proud of, you've probably given a lot of thought to the reward that you're offering your clients to refer new clients to you and you feel that there's a lot of value embedded in that reward, you probably also feel like you've advertised that referral program, and that you've really tried to make it clear that they are eligible to receive benefits if they refer you a new client. Plus, I'm sure your clients love you and that they rave about your services to you. And when you survey them, they probably give you glowing reviews. So why aren't they referring? Well, that's what we're going to find out today.
