The Supreme Court strikes down President Biden's attempt to use the CDC to extend the moratorium on evictions which prevented landlords from removing tenants who are behind on their rent. While he openly acknowledged that this was very likely unconstitutional and would be struck down by the Supreme Court, his justification was that it would "buy these people the time they need while it's being litigated".
