Description

Mindfulness Meditation with full attention on the breath and the body. Training to control the mind and emotions and develop conscious attention in the present. Meditating will help you develop inner peace, calm, tranquility and emotional management, as well as general relaxation of the body and mind.  To perform the Mindfulness Meditation by Robert Aceves, as always, I recommend that you take into account some important aspects:

1. Commit yourself to yourself at the beginning to put all your effort into the exercise.

2. If at any time the mind is confused and you find yourself thinking about other things, just return to the exercise when you discover it, with kindness and discipline.

3. If you get sleepy, do your best not to fall asleep and not give in to the "manipulations" of the mind. The mind doesn't like anything when you tell it what to do, it prefers to control you. So he will do whatever it takes to not obey you, and one of his tricks and make you sleepy. Do not allow it, open your eyes or move and try to regain control.

Practicing this exercise, Mindfulness Meditation by Robert Aceves, with some regularity will help you exercise that control. It is the same as when we go to the gym ... muscles do not develop on their own and neither does mental attention capacity. It takes time, commitment, patience and discipline. This class of exercises, Mindfulness Meditation by Robert Aceves, helps tremendously in controlling thoughts and emotions.  For more information on Zen: LiveBetterOC.com  Or follow me on my social media:
