It will also provide you with the tools to heal your body, for deepest sleep and dreaming.  By using your mind and mindfulness you will create a new you and a new outcome in your life from your subconsciousness.  It will also reduce your stress level,  as well as improve your overall health and well being when practiced regularly.   Headphones recommended for optimal experience.  Do not listen while driving.
