Siobhan candidly discusses her previous career in advertising, before she retired from being a Senior Vice President, and how she hid her first pregnancy under huge scarves waiting for a major promotion knowing the truth would derail it. She learned the hard lesson that ‘letting your hard work speak for itself doesn’t always work, and found herself mentoring and championing younger women as she moved up the ranks and continues to do so today.
