ON TODAY'S EPISODE OF SALES INSIGHTS: JUSTIN WILHELMS
Justin Wilhelms has been working in the water treatment industry for over 10 years. During college he studied both physics and chemistry at Concordia University River Forest. Some of his experience includes working in the healthcare industry, recruiting services, plumbing and HVAC. Through these experiences his skills were well developed to manage both customers and people. He started as an Account Manager working direct sales and building the business. He quickly moved into a management position developing team members within WET Solutions, Inc. That evolved into being promoted to Vice President of Sales for the organization. The main area of the market that excites him most is working with customers in the food manufacturing and distribution space. His mentor throughout this process is the President and Founder of WET Solutions, Inc. Steve Hallier. Steve has been influential in passing down knowledge in both water treatment and business. Together they are partners in WET Solutions, Inc. and a second company developed together, HW Environmental Inc.
Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his family, grilling/smoking all types of food, time on the water or a beach, travelling, trying new cuisines, and hunting. He is very active in both work and play. He is always looking for the next book to listen to so he can continually enhance both his sales and leadership skills. People often say he is one of the hardest workers they know which is why success often follows him. He values the importance of strong relationships with customers, coworkers, and family. He feels this can only be done with dedication to having a strong work ethic that is infused with integrity.
