My personal philosophy is that the relationship you have with yourself sets a precedent with your other relationships. I personally believe that if you have incredibly low self-worth that unfortunately *can* put other relationships at risk. However, I'll be talking about the difficulties which come with achieving self-love, the current discourse about self-love online and how capitalism and individualism can be a detriment in the journey of self-love.
