Apologies for the rough start to the recording but on this episode we sit down with Blake, Tara and Jason to discuss a very wide range of topics in regards to EMS. We end up talking about what systems look for in an employee, the mental game involved in EMS, how you should present yourself in an interview either to get hired/promoted, etc. So many good discussion points that hopefully soon we can sit down and discuss further but for now enjoy the content. We do end it with explaining what community medics are doing in our local county to help our everyday operations.
