Gair Maxwell is an international speaker and author! We were very happy to talk with Gair, because besides coaching leaders, he is also a podcast host and started cutting his teeth as a tv and radio broadcaster, in which he had an award winning career. The first part of the episode we talk about his book and how he coaches leaders, before getting into how rewarding it was for him to be a minor hockey coach, and the life long lessons he taught there, as well as the kinship he still shares with some of those players. It was a pleasure to speak with Gair learning about how we can be better podcasters and coaches, and we are sure this interview has something that everyone can take into their everyday lives outside of coaching as well!!
