Kevin Sandy is Cayuga Nation, Wolf Clan, Six Nations of the Grand River Territory, and the proud dad of two amazing children Aamisk and Menaywaywyn who love the outdoors, family and sports. Mr. Sandy's vision is to inspire and empower kids and youth to achieve their dreams, and educating people and expanding awareness of Indigenous people so we have a better understanding of each other's beautiful gifts and knowledge. He does this through an organization known as the Indigenous Lacrosse Association​, something that he co-founded with Wayne Kaboni. Aside from his work with this organization teaching the roots of lacrosse to everyone and anyone, Kevin has also spent a great deal of time coaching and playing both field and box lacrosse.
