Description

If you grew up in the 1950's, like most children you probably learned your ABC's in public or private schools. If you were lucky, there may also have been children's books to read at home with words and pictures. If you liked to write about your life, you may have kept diaries for many years under lock and key. I was one of those children. I also liked to read everything put in front of me from food labels and instructions to newspapers and textbooks. In the workplace as an adult, I found myself surrounded by accomplished writers. Whenever I walk into a public library, bookstore or classroom my whole body is energized. Reading and writing continue to capture my interest from A for Apples, B for Bikers, and C for Coffee. Thank you for listening.
