What if we imagine that marriage is like a camel loaded with a lot of wares, onwards on a journey through time. And as the the camel begins to move, it lurches and jerks up and slowly begins to find a swaying balance. Sometimes the camel is forced to drop some of its load, at other times it is loaded further, sometimes it is robbed and at other times its joints ache with tiredness. And we, Dr Bhavana Nissima and Reema Ahmad, simply watch this camel as it emerges and re emerges in this caravan. Where did it begin it’s journey? Where is it headed? Where are the robbers hiding?
