Work. Ugh. Nephews visited for icy poles in the afternoon. I made [nephew] a jackfruit sandwich that had tomato in it. [nephew] said that he liked the tomato even though he thought he didn’t like tomato at all. He proudly showed off eating a slice of tomato to his mum. Very cool and hopefully a lesson will have been learned - try things sometimes, even if you don’t think you’ll like it. [older relative] took a fall and had to go to hospital. Bit sad to think about. But that’s life, I suppose. She’ll be ‘right. Went for a swim. Hat trick of beach swims each day. Huzzah. I can actually see how people could find swimming in the ocean therapeutic.
