No pep at all today. Flat as a tack. Work. When I wasn’t bored about work stuff, I was slightly stressed or frustrated about it. Did a survey over the phone in the evening. Was dipping into reading about outed white supremacist people all through the day. Probably could have done less of that, to help my low mood.
