Work - long day! Cursed with IT issues. I knew I had a job due today and did chip away at it a bit over the weekend, but I thought I had a fast helper rostered to work today, but I didn’t. I did much of this job myself and didn’t get it finished until after 10 PM. Got it done tho! Being busy with this kind of threw me off my plan to eat well. Missed dinner. May have to cancel tomorrow’s plasma donation. So - not resourcing today’s shift today may mean that I can’t save three lives. Big stakes! Got distracted by leftist Twitter a bit today. Smh. Amazing. Very kind compliment from Simon about my podcast. Listening to some great music today. Got a walk in. Didn’t get to do a workout. Surprised that I closed my rings on my watch.
