Description

Today's guest is Tricia Capello!

I'm so grateful that this conversation was able to happen. Tricia was one of my first teachers in grief work even though she may not have had that knowledge or intention at the time. We never know the impact we'll have on another or where they are at on their own journey. Tricia is a photographer, Kundalini yogi, channeler of the spiritual realms, poet, sculptor, mom, and much more. I'm so excited to give this window into her many special talents and gifts today.

The photograph for this episode, which is a cropped version of one of Tricia's photographs, is the visual that first drew us together. She was creating work about her father's passing, and she talks in the episode about the significance of this moment in her life, the story of its capture, and what it has meant to her life and artwork after.

To connect with Tricia, you can follow her on Instagram, @triciacapello, and learn more about her stunning work by visiting her website, www.triciacapello.com.

In this episode, she also mentions a few guides that have been supportive to her journey. Lee Harris is an intuitive guide that you can discover more about on his website, www.leeharrisenergy.com, and you can tune into his monthly energy updates (which is one of my favorite resources) on his podcast, Impact the World with Lee Harris or his Youtube Channel. She recommends a book of his, which I have yet to read, called Awaken Your Multidimensional Soul: Conversations with the Z's, Book Two. She also sent me an episode from another podcast where Doctor Joe Dispenza talks about "Your Thoughts Are Making You Sick!". Next she mentioned Intuitive Astrology with Molly McCord, a podcast that resonates deeply with her. She also speaks about The Wheels of Time, a show on Amazon Prime where in a recent episode they walked through arches to face their biggest fears.

Such a wonderful conversation and so many supportive resources for you to discover as well. I hope that you are blessed upon listening and connecting with Tricia, I know I have been! Enjoy.
