Liverpool played for the first time as champions in front of a crowd at Anfield when 2,000 fans watched the Reds comprehensively beat Wolves 4-0 thanks to goals from Mo Salah, Gini Wijnaldum and Joel Matip in addition to an own goal. Absolutely incredible game as Liverpool bossed it from start to finish with top performances all across the field from league debutant Caoimhin Kelleher in goal to the freescoring Mo Salah up top. I've chosen a left field man of the match for this one in my view and just generally felt like everybody deserved a round of applause for playing the way they did last night.
