Rosa Lokaisingh recognised early on in her career and life that networking was key. Not having children in her life she gave all of her energy to work and business relationships. She was driven and passionate and rose quickly in her time in the banking industry. She then moved into the world of NFP (nonforprofit) and discovered it was not a world full of heart that she expected, but more disheartening with its drive to just employ people instead of empowering them to have the life they were told they could have when they came to Canada. She hung onto her vision of helping people have the life they were promised and fought for them to have it. She refused to think small and drove herself to the edge of collapse, as she had no support from management and was fighting all the way on her own! She lost herself and her self care went out the window as she battled to survive this toxic environment and was eventually diagnosed with a heart condition as a result of all the stress.
Her journey led her down a new road to rediscover her true passion and what a difference she could make to the world of business and entrpreneurs, through her incredible gift of networking, master connector and now matchmaking business owners to leverage one another and fly higher faster together.
