The solution led to sleep, rest and a renewed life! Melissa then became certified in Sleep Science, NLP Programming and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia, and is now helping others internationally, overcome their sleep issues with her signature programs, Peak Sleep Blueprint and Circa Diem Master.
