Bob Lee was born in Sacramento , raised in the Isleton-Rio Vista Area, he attended UC Davis and graduated in 1975. He came to Manteca starting at Golden West elementary, eventually being a teacher, athletic coach with both east union and Manteca high.
Bob served as head football coach and principal at Manteca high and eventually rose to administrator positions with the Manteca unified school district. After 34 years, Bob spread his wings and went to Rocklin unified, and then retired from Fremont Unified after a total of 39 years serving kids in public education. Bob also served as president of the Association of California School Administrators which is comprised of school administrators and superintendents. Bob has five children all products of Manteca unified schools. He also has 7 grandkids.
In retirement, Bob serves on the CIF board of appeals which oversees high school athletics, and is a cochair this year for realignment in 2021. He resides at Spring Creek in Ripon where he golfs.. Bob works out at Ride 209 and loves to travel with his wife Kathryn and play with them grands.. That’s the life.. and here coms the life of Bob Lee on my show about Manteca
