Coach Jack Thomson is an integral part of Manteca with his connections to teaching and coaching. Join me as I talk to Jack/John who grew up in Manteca, worked, raised a family and coached at Manteca and Sierra High at various times coaching football, girl’s golf, and basketball. His first love is baseball, coaching a total of 41 years. Jack's a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association. Jack was also chairman of the ABCA/Rawlings High School All-American Committee for 13 years and is a member of 3 Hall of Fames; The Sierra High School, California Baseball Coaches Association, and the City of Manteca Hall of fame 2015, the same as Aaron.
