This week we welcome back Mario Mora The Artisan Rogue and we get into a good discussion heavily highlighting mental health. We delve into things like waking up early to go to work, working from home, lateral movements, luminal spaces, triggers, being open and honest with people, and much more. Mario tells us a story about his fathers school and how they would teach some kids in the basement by the boiler if they were academically challenged to put it nicely. Times have changed and mental health is much more prominent than it was when we or our parents were growing up. I'm glad things are changing because life was brutal back then. I of course ramble on into many wormhole-eque tangents but it all circles back around eventually. So thanks for hanging in there.
There was a slight issue with recording so I spliced in a quick note of apology for cutting off Mario's train of thought during one spot. I hate when that happens.
