MS Diary | Friday, 12/29/23 | My back!
Last Friday of the year and my back is HURTING. I've done Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Aleve, yoga, water but none of it helped.
I slept on heating pad and I feel a little less pain. Wow. Where is the VODKA?!
Oh yeah, I gotta work.
