MS Diary | Gas pockets ruin energy
Yesterday started beautiful. I bragged on well I felt through video. I told a fellow MS Outlaw that I was doing GREAT.
THEEEEEN, a gas pocket grew full size, in a split second, and introduced itself to my spirit, disabilities, limitations and energy. I am HURTING.
What's the solution? Well, moderate exercise and some anti-gas/bloating medicines.
