MS Diary | How our mental health plays w/ negative thoughts 

This is THE analogy! Writing your Gratitude Journal stories is practice for the REAL bullshit. That's why it's so important to build those good habits. Hell, I wasn't born this mentally strong. Shit, ya boi overthinks issues with the wife, kids, J-O-B (just OVER broke). 

The only difference between us… I've been doing my gratitude journal for 1365 straight days. On game day (when the REAL bullshit starts), I'm better prepared because I practice.
