I'm thrilled about the improvements this morning! Today is nothing new, focus like yesterday. I did learn something.
Laying on my stomach caused a headache. It went away after 45min but it was there. Not blaring, a low level, general throbbing headache. I didn't even take anything. Still, I don't want another one.
