Tensions ongoing around Europe as of this moment and the topic for today is the relevance of the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine to Filipinos around the world. Do we really have to join the ongoing war that is thousands of kilometers far from our place right now? What are the effects of the war to our region and internally to our country? Why do Filipinos feel that we have to always fight back and be stronger even if we are miles away from being at par with the military might of other developed nations? What should we do to address the repercussions of this war in our own backyard? And are we really prepared to undergo a full blown war at the moment if something happen around our region as well?
