Ashlea Jade Smith is a Caymanian-born Sports Development Professional & Fitness Specialist living and working in the UK. Aside from work, Ashlea hosts her own podcast ‘Melanin & Me’ supporting and uplifting Black Women & WOC on health, wellness, and self-improvement topics. In 2020 Ashlea came away with 3 titles from the Miss Caribbean UK pageant; 1st Princess, Miss Personality, and Best Charity Fundraiser as she proudly represented the Cayman Islands.
