What the Department of Government Efficiency needs to focus
and address immediately is the fact that there’s roughly 6 percent of the
federal workers who actually work full-time. So when you're looking at 6
percent in-house and 94 percent out-house that's not a good ratio for efficiency.
You need to put these people back into their seats where they become more
efficient. Additionally, you only have about 12 percent of government buildings
with any occupancy. It's almost like a ghost town there. This isn't a party
thing. The Democrats agree that this inefficiency is a national problem. No
party is more guilty than the other for overspending.
