The Baggataway Cup is the championship of the Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association. It's being held November 5-7 at Nipissing University in North Bay, Ontario. This week on LaxBeat, host Stephen Stamp is joined by Guelph Gryphons midfielder Mitch Ogilvie and Nipissing Lakers defender Quinn Harding. Also on the show is Emily VanDamme, goaltender for the Trent Excalibur who just won the Ontario University Athletics women's lacrosse championship for the second straight season and third time in VanDamme's Trent career. This one was unlike the others, though, because Trent had lost to Queen's four times in the regular season then had to face the mighty Gaels again in the gold medal game.
