About Lisa Gibson
Prior to starting my own consulting practice, I worked for 30 years for some of the world's most well-known brands. During that time, I worked with numerous CEOs and leaders at all stages of their career to help them build a strategic brand strategy that helped them stand out among their peers. I recently took all of the learnings and insights over the past 30 years and distilled it in a book entitled Shine the Spotlight on You! A step-by-step guide to building and amplifying your personal brand. In the book, I cover a wide range of topics including overcoming imposter syndrome, why having a personal brand matters and how to strategically build and amplify your brand. My approach is easy to digest and proven to be effective for leaders at all levels of their careers. Formerly, an executive at Microsoft, I also speak about being a female leader/executive in a male dominated industry, the lessons I learned and how they can help others. Finally, I also speak about AI for Communications and Marketing.
I have been interviewed for a number of podcasts, speak regularly onstage and record videos as part of leadership programs.
