Description

I am not the same person I was 10 years ago, and that makes me very happy.  In the growth space, change is embraced, which is amazing. But we have to ask ourselves? Are WE changing as our ideas around what is living well change?

It is not enough to grow – sometimes the most important part is what we release and shed.

This episode outlines the three things I stopped doing that I attribute the most to my growth.  I feel called to share these now as these behaviors are something our culture has normalized, in some cases, applauds – yet all the are doing is keeping us stuck in our BS.
