You do not need more motivation You need more grace.
What happens when you fail at a diet? When your latest protocol ends early because you are so sick of vegetables and just need to order a pizza? When you promised yourself you would hit the gym four days this week but have snoozed your alarm every time?
You talk shit to yourself. You tell yourself you need to try again, try harder, and go bigger. More restrictions, more promises, more bullshit...
Does it ever work though? Spoiler alert: it doesn't. You are back to "starting again Monday" by Friday night.
Grace is the way out of any cycle you find yourself in.
