So first time I've done this in quite some time. Having a guest on solo, was quite nervous to get back into this type of format, but that said it was an absolute pleasure to be joined by Moray Liberal Democrat leader Neil Alexander for today's episode.
Not only is Neil an upcoming candidate for one of the moray constituencies at this year's election, but he's also a video game designer, rugby player, mental health advocate just to name a few of his roles and accolades. We got to talking about the biggest election year in human history, what needs to change in the current mental health strategy, Scotland's sporting success of late and of course would not be a podcast where we don't get some Football Manager talk in!
