In this episode I'm joined by former Chief reporter and journalist at The Northern Scot, Elgin City media team member, and author, as well as friend Chris Saunderson.
Having known Chris over the period of six months or so, including working with him on his podcasts, I've come to find him an incredibly interesting personality, as well as my want to get to speak to more journalists, so hitting two birds with one stone here haha! I chatted with Chris about his time in journalism, working in a variety or roles at The Northern Scot, his mental health journey and the changing of stigma in today's world, as well as how he is finding his new role on the Elgin City Football Club media team!
