Microstrategy recently took out a 205 million dollar loan they borrowed from Silvergate Bank to be used to purchase BTC. With 129,218 Bitcoin in their pockets, each coin is valued at an average price of $46,742. Michael Saylor- the CEO of Microstrategy- claims they don’t plan to sell any BTC and will definitely hold it for the long term. - - Lightning Labs -creator of the lightning network- raises $70 Million in funding to allow developers to move stable coins from bitcoins network to the Lightning network. The hope is it will most likely help accelerate bitcoin adoption. Now consumers will not have to worry about volatility when they transact digital currency.
